Former Olympic short track speed skater Charlotte Gilmartin will feature as part of the Age UK Bolton welfare event at the Aging Well Centre.
Charlotte skated for the British team as a junior athlete at the age of 15 before representing the nation at the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi and the 2018 Games in PyeongChang.
The Olympian has also skated for Team GB at World and European Championships, winning a gold medal in the 3000 meters and a silver medal in the overall at the 2016 European Championships.
Charlotte will speak about saving in sport, alongside Tina Thordal.

Niall Bradley, Director of Strength and Balance at Age UK Bolton, said: “Protection in sport is a very important issue, and to have such a successful elite athlete come to the center to help us approaching it is fantastic.
“We are all looking forward to the event and welcome Charlotte to the Center for Aging Well.
As well as the chance to meet Charlotte Gilmartin, the session will also feature a biomechanics question and answer session with Age UK Bolton’s newest Strength and Balance coach, St Franklin.
This free session runs from 1pm to 3.30pm on Thursday August 18 at the Age UK Bolton Aging Center in Farnworth.
