Here’s a look at the bets on selected player proposals for Sunday’s Cincinnati Raiders-Bengals game at Allegiant Stadium, with picks and analysis on each from the Vegas Nation staff:
Week 10 records
(Season statement in brackets)
Sam Gordon 4-1 (30-14-1)
Ed Graney 3-2 (25-19-1)
Adam Hill 3-2 (24-20-1)
Heidi Croc 2-3 (23-21-1)
Vincent Bonsignore 1-4 (22-22-1)
This week’s picks
Josh Jacobs Total O / U TDs: 0.5
■ Vincent Bonsignore: More – The Raiders will have red zone opportunities and Jacobs will take advantage of them.
■ Ed Graney: More – It is from.
■ Adam Hill: More – He’s scored in four of the seven games he’s played, and the Raiders could play with a lead this week.
■ Sam Gordon: Under – Take a photo in the dark here. A total guess.
■ Heidi Croc: More – Jacobs hasn’t scored in two games. His number will receive the call this week.
Darren Waller receiving O / U yards: 70.5
■ Vincent Bonsignore: More – Much attention this week to Waller’s removal.
■ Ed Graney: More – If he doesn’t, the Raiders don’t win.
■ Adam Hill: More – He always gets a lot of targets, the connection just hasn’t always been there. That should change this week.
■ Sam Gordon: More – We expect a slight increase in targets after a second consecutive indescribable offensive performance by the Raiders.
■ Heidi Croc: More – The story all week has been about involving Waller. I expect him to be Carr’s favorite target.
Derek Carr rushing yards O / U: 5.5
■ Vincent Bonsignore: Under – Maybe a sneak QB or two, but that’s it.
■ Ed Graney: Under – But he could slip for 32.
■ Adam Hill: Under – He’s only exceeded that number once in the past four weeks and that was due to several scrambling drills last week when the Raiders fell far behind.
■ Sam Gordon: More – Can easily cover this with jamming.
■ Heidi Croc: More – Trey Hendrickson brings some pressure on the edge and leads the Bengals sack at 8.5. I think Carr will come out of his pocket and be on the run a few times.
Joe Burrow, O / U overtaking attempts: 35.5
■ Vincent Bonsignore: More – This is just how the Bengals operate.
■ Ed Graney: More – I just said goodbye. The child’s arm is rested.
■ Adam Hill: Under – The game plan might go away if they fall behind, but expect the Bengals to try and get back on track with a healthy dose of star running back Joe Mixon against a struggling Raiders run defense.
■ Sam Gordon: More – This offense is basically burrow or bust.
■ Heidi Croc: Under – I think the Bengals will come with a balanced approach to running and passing. This will bring Burrow to around 30 passing attempts.
Té Higgins receiving yards O / U: 60.5
■ Vincent Bonsignore: Under – Ja’Maar Chase, on the other hand …
■ Ed Graney: Under – He needs 1 meter more to exceed his average. I don’t like the odds.
■ Adam Hill: Under – After a slow start, he eclipsed that number in three straight games. It can be a difficult streak to extend in a game where Cincinnati could focus on running, especially with all the competition for targets in the passing game.
■ Sam Gordon: Under – The second-year gap is in the middle of a streaky season.
■ Heidi Croc: More – I think most of the people involved in the sub-roads will produce big numbers, and Higgins has warmed up over the past three weeks.
